High-quality castor seeds are sourced from local APMCs and traders across Gujarat’s prime castor-producing regions.

The seeds undergo single-crush expelling using large expellers to extract raw castor oil, minimizing denaturation and preserving quality.

Residual oil is extracted from the castor cake using food-grade Hexane in a continuous solvent extraction plant, followed by refining to produce different oil grades.

All products are tested in a hi-tech lab, categorized by grade, and stored in dedicated tanks, ready for dispatch to domestic and international markets.
